Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session.

 
If you arrive late for your massage, but still within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, we will provide you with service for the balance of your reserved time. If you arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount plus 15% gratuity for the therapist(s).

You may cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will be charged the full price plus 15% gratuity. Same day reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service plus 15% gratuity for the therapist(s).

There are no exceptions to the above late and cancellation policy for COVID-19, illness, or any other ailments.
